How I work
I start with the revenue picture,not the tools.
Before I touch any tool or write a word of copy, I start with the revenue picture. What MRR are you targeting? What does your close rate actually look like? Where is pipeline stalling? These questions shape everything downstream. The system I build is always a function of the revenue gap.
Research and reverse engineering
I pull funding signals, job postings, founder interviews, podcast appearances, G2 reviews, and LinkedIn activity to build a real picture of how a company acquires customers before I touch any tool. I am looking for where the motion breaks and where the timing signal lives.
ICP scoring and list building
Using Clay, I enrich and score prospects against specific criteria — company size, buyer motion, subscription model, existing GTM function, and live signal activity. The list that comes out is small and deliberate, not a spray-and-pray export.
Signal-based outreach infrastructure
I build the sequences, deliverability setup, inbox rotation, and timing logic so emails actually land and LinkedIn touches reach the right person at the right moment. Infrastructure first, copy second.
Attribution and iteration
Every campaign feeds back into the model. Reply rate, meeting rate, pipeline generated, and constraint identification all inform what changes next. The system gets smarter every cycle.
